Whiteout Wednesday: White Kitchens Volume 7

Five more photos of White Kitchens today....

The first kitchen's granite is Kashmire White.  I like it mixed with the butcher block island.

These next two photos are of the same kitchen.  It's not really a white kitchen as the cabinets are a beautiful buttery color.  I think it's the same effect though and the Statuary Vein marble is gorgeous.
Photos (above and below) from Lansing Design.

These last two photos from Houzz are also of the same kitchen, the countertops are Carrara marble.  I'm a huge fan of the Waterfall Edge and I think it looks really beautiful here.

I love them all. I am really digging the waterfall edges but I'd really worry about them with a stone like marble that needs more care.

Is Statutory Vein another kind of marble, or rather a description of a look of marble? I'm behind on understanding marble. All I know is that I seem to like the look of whiter marbles with clearer veining such as Calcutta.

Erin-
I'm working on a post describing the differences between the popular white marbles. Watch for it, it's coming soon.

Sarah-
Thanks! I love the butter yellow too!
