Home #5-Evolution Utah LLC

Hello, hello. Sorry I've been MIA the past few days. Time has just gotten away from me lately.
Anyway, the Utah Valley Parade of Homes started this past weekend. Have you been yet? It goes until June 19th, be sure to check it out!

Today I thought I'd show some pictures of Home #5. It's a remodel done by Evolution Utah LLC. The home was actually built in the 1990's, they added a Master Suite and remodeled the Kitchen, Pantry and Laundry. Our good friend and once-in-awhile contributor to this blog Mitch Josephson is the contractor on this beautiful home.

I'll start with my favorite area of this home....the Laundry Room.
I love how bright and open it feels. The wall color and white cabinets are so fresh and beautiful.
The countertops are Quartz Reflections CaesarStone with a Mitered edge detail.

Next we'll go to the Kitchen. If I remember right the countertops are 3 cm Giallo Ornamental granite with a Flat Polished Edge Detail.
I took a closer picture of the backsplash. It seems like I'm getting a lot of requests for pictures of backsplashes lately, so I thought this photo may help (I apologize for the crookedness of the picture!). The splash is travertine with 1"x1" glass inserts.
The two bathrooms in the house made use of our remnant yard. Remnants are definitely the way to go for vanities!
The Kid's Bath is Delicatus granite, this is probably the hottest granite for us right now. It was featured here for Slab Sunday a few weeks back.

The copper sinks in the Master Bath add a unique element to this bathroom. Also notice the tile backsplash instead of the more commonly seen slab backsplash in bathrooms.
I believe there was one more bathroom in this house, but I must have forgotten to take a picture. You'll just have to go check out the house for yourself!

If you have been to the Parade this year let us know which house has been your favorite!

I love this laundry room too. Fresh is a good word for it. Your photography is really great, did you take these pictures or did you hire someone? Anyway, beautiful home. I wish I lived in Utah so I could attend this home show!
