Slab Sunday: Luna Pearl granite

Luna Pearl is one of the most common granite colors you will find.  I think it's the image that pops into a lot of people's minds when they hear the word 'granite'.
It is quarried in a few places around the world.  The Luna Pearl we usually get here in Utah comes from Brazil and China.
Luna Pearl is predominantly black and white.  Some slabs will have a little tan, grey, cream and even green in them.

Other names for Luna Pearl include Salt and Pepper, Bianco Sardo, Sardo Luna Pearl, Grigio Perla Budduso, Bally White, Barrie Grey, Barry Grey, Bianco Pepperino, Fun White, Jinjiang Neicuo Bai, Jinjiang Neicuo White, Light Grey, Misty Grey, Navy Mist, Nei Cuo Bai, Nei Cuo White, Neicuo Bai, Neicuo White of Jinjiang Granite, Padang Chiaro, Padang Grey, Padang Hell, Padang Light, Panda White,  Sesame Grey, Sesame White, Silvery Grey, White Neicuo Jinjiang and White of Neicuo Jinjiang.

Luna Pearl is quite consistent from bundle to bundle in pattern and coloring. I'd still recommend selecting your exact slabs when possible though.
