Slab Sunday: Michelangelo marble

Michelangelo is a beautiful marble that is quarried from a bedrock quarry in Pakistan.
Emperador Dark has gotten a lot lighter in the past 5 or so years, so we've seen a lot of customer's use the Michelangelo if they are looking for the darker/deeper brown tones.

This is literally the only picture I could find online of a finished countertop in the Michelangelo marble.  It's from Arizona Tile's website.
You can also find some really cool vessel sinks made out of the marble.

The Michelangelo quarry uses some of the most modern wire saws and Italian equipment in the industry.

Michelangelo is available in 2 cm and 3 cm slabs as well as tile.

Wow, that is some serious granite! The veining is just crazy - gives the stone a ton of character. It really makes a dramatic statement.

Good luck in my giveaway!
